Create User
Add users to your Amwal merchant account and assign them specific roles with defined permissions. Each user can access and perform actions independently within the dashboard based on their assigned role.
Prerequisite: You need admin or owner permissions to create and manage users.
Steps to Create a User

Login to your Amwal merchant account.

Go to the right/left menu and click User Management.

You'll see all users associated with your merchant account, along with the option to add a new member.

Click on + Add Member to start adding a member.

Enter the user's email, select a role, and fill in the branch data if required by the selected role.

Click Add Member to save the changes.

The new user will receive an email to create their password and log in to the Amwal merchant dashboard with their assigned role permissions.
